About the Role
This role involves delivering cloud security services to clients, leading complex engagements, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. You will also manage and coach junior staff, contribute to internal development initiatives, and foster strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Work with customers to deliver cloud security services in line with scope, CyberCX standards, and industry standards.
- Lead complex client engagements in cloud security, including planning, stakeholder management, governance, risk management, delivery management, and quality assurance.
- Prepare and present high-quality deliverables, such as findings and recommendations reports.
- Manage and coach junior staff to achieve engagement outcomes.
- Assist with internal research and development, capability building, innovation, and process improvement under guidance.
- Contribute to customer relationship development through direct support and collaboration with sales, solutions, and marketing teams.
- Demonstrate strong alignment with CyberCX values, contributing to sales and process improvements.
- Collaborate across CyberCX to add value, facilitate communication, and foster partnerships.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with information/cyber security projects.
- Direct experience with cloud technologies, platforms, and cloud security principles.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to respond to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner.

Experience Level
- Minimum of 4 years of experience
Education Level
- Bachelor level tertiary qualification in cyber security, or similar field.
- Ideally hold one major security certification (CISM, CISA, ISO LA/LI or working towards CISSP).
- Cloud security certification and/or cloud vendor certifications preferred.
