About the Role
The Global Talent Management (GTM) Summer Internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience across a broad range of human resource functions while learning how talent strategy supports a global private equity firm. Working alongside members of our GTM team, the intern will contribute to both day-to-day HR activities and strategic projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Sit in on candidate interviews and assist with resume reviews.
- Help maintain and improve Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system.
- Support data accuracy and an efficient candidate experience within Greenhouse.
- Gain hands-on experience with Workday through various HR processes and reporting activities.
- Support key annual processes, including performance and compensation reviews.
- Pull reports and respond to ad-hoc data requests from various teams.
- Contribute to GTM communications shared across the firm.
- Contribute to a variety of ad-hoc GTM projects and initiatives.
- Build and refine materials in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Identify opportunities to improve, streamline, or automate processes through AI and other technology.
- Partner with members of the GTM team on additional priorities throughout the summer.
Requirements
- Undergraduate student from the Class of 2028 and 2029.
- Demonstrated interest in Human Resources.
- Prior HR experience or relevant coursework is a plus.
- Superior analytical, written & verbal communication skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent work ethic, time management and multi-tasking ability.
- Demonstrated leadership in extracurricular activities.
- Professional demeanor.
- Punctual and diligent.
- Energetic teammate.
- Positive attitude with a passion for learning.
- Must abide by Riverside's internal policies related to data protection.
- Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
