About the Role

Join our team as a Trainee Digital Transformation ServiceNow and help clients automate their digital workflows. We design and manage digital transformation programs to make companies more agile.

Responsibilities

Complete ServiceNow Fundamentals and advanced training, certifications combined with Deloitte's agile project management methods.
Support clients in the technical and functional aspects of projects, from strategy and analysis to planning, conception, and ServiceNow implementation.
Collaborate with colleagues from our global development network on intensive project requests.
Contribute to the creation of client presentations and proposals, actively incorporating your own ideas.

Requirements

Completed a very good university degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or Natural Sciences.
Strong team orientation, analytical thinking skills, and willingness to perform and travel.
Technological affinity and motivation to build expertise in consulting, project management, and ServiceNow.
Confident communication in German and English (minimum C1).
Basic understanding of AI-driven work methods and the ability to responsibly use AI tools for analysis, research, communication, and result preparation.
