About the Role
Momentum Solar is hiring Brand Ambassadors to work inside BJ's Wholesale Club. No experience is required. You will be stationed at a table inside BJ's during club hours, talking with shoppers who pass by. Training covers everything you need to know about solar.
Responsibilities
- Engage shoppers as they come through the store.
- Station at a table inside BJ's during club hours.
- Talk with members who pass by.
- Initiate conversations with members.
- Inquire about their interest in solar energy's potential impact on their electric bill.
- Book free consultations with the design team for interested individuals.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be able to work a retail schedule, including weekends.
- Must present yourself professionally and adhere to BJ's in-club standards.
Skills
- Ability to genuinely like people.
- Ability to start a conversation with anyone.
- Ability to stay upbeat during slow periods.
