About the Role
Drive delivery for key life sciences and data partner engagements, owning the work plan, leading customer meetings, and coordinating internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys close customer collaboration and shaping how the company serves its clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead each engagement from kickoff through delivery, building the work plan, agreeing on milestones, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Serve as the day-to-day customer contact, managing status meetings, providing clear updates, and resolving issues proactively.
- Coordinate data science, engineering, and clinical teams to ensure deliverables meet customer needs.
- Align with customers on deliverables, including cohort definitions, data dictionaries, abstraction guidelines, data transfer, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage scope, timelines, and change requests in partnership with business development.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer value and collaborate on renewals and follow-on studies.
- Develop the delivery playbook, including templates, project plans, and processes for scaling engagements.
Requirements
- 3+ years in life sciences consulting (strategy, HEOR, or real-world evidence) or a similar client-facing role, with experience leading engagements for biopharma clients.
- Excellent customer-facing skills, including confident meeting leadership, rapid trust-building, and credibility with medical, HEOR, and data science teams.
- Strong program management skills to manage multiple complex, fast-moving engagements simultaneously.
- Scientific fluency in study design, real-world data, and clinical concepts to translate research questions into clear plans.
- Familiarity with real-world data sources such as EHR and claims data.
- Exceptional written communication skills for creating clear plans with owners and dates.
- Proficiency with AI tools for increased work efficiency.
- Low ego and high ownership, comfortable with both executive presentations and detailed project plan adjustments.
