About the Role
As a Studio Partner, you will run one-on-one consults with clients who have already expressed interest. Your primary responsibilities include diagnosing client needs, presenting appropriate packages, handling objections, and closing sales. You will also perform the service, which is fully trained and allows for additional client interaction to build trust and facilitate sales. This is a sales-driven operator role, not a traditional spa manager position, with the company providing the studio, brand, marketing, clients, products, systems, training, and support.
Responsibilities
- Run in-person consults and sell packages to booked clients, including presenting financing options.
- Upsell clients from single sessions to packages, upgrades, and retail products.
- Follow up with leads, no-shows, canceled appointments, and past clients to maintain engagement.
- Rebook first-time buyers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Track and aim to improve close rate, average ticket, and rebook rate.
- Perform client sessions after receiving paid training.
- Maintain studio readiness for clients.
Requirements
- B2C and commission-driven sales experience, or the drive to outperform experienced individuals.
- Experience selling gym memberships, personal training, cars, or high-ticket services where commission was earned.
- Comfortable being measured by performance and paid on output rather than hours.
- Ability to confidently ask for the sale and handle objections in person without becoming defensive.
- Coachability and willingness to follow a proven sales process.
- Ability to work productively independently without constant supervision.
- Local to the job location or willing to relocate.
- Experience in roles such as gym general manager, fitness director, club manager, membership director, personal training director, sales manager, or multi-unit fitness roles is a plus.
- No prior beauty industry background is required; training on the whitening business will be provided.
