About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator will assist the Director of Marketing in implementing an integrated marketing plan across all ServiceMaster DSI locations, focusing on creating innovative marketing materials that make a real impact.
Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Marketing in establishing, implementing, and evaluating localized marketing strategies and plans.
- Write, develop, and design new print materials, including hard collateral, advertisements, and promotional items.
- Write, develop, and design digital campaigns, including emails, social media, website landing pages, blogs, and graphics.
- Identify areas of improvement in marketing, modify them, and stay updated on competitor strategies.
- Develop marketing strategies with the Director of Marketing and determine the most effective channels for the target audience.
- Adhere to and uphold brand identity standards.
- Maintain an inventory and directory of sales support materials, ensuring accuracy.
- Set up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
- Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors.
- Analyze the competitive landscape.
- Manage and communicate promotions and marketing materials to sales representatives.
- Create branded advertising and support the marketing team by planning and coordinating content.
- Create, maintain, and strengthen the organization's overall brand through all media avenues.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with other departments internally to ensure promotions run well and track their effectiveness.
- Maintain regular communication with marketing, local sales teams, and promotional vendors.
- Meet all marketing goals provided by the Director of Marketing.
- Complete other projects as needed.
- Adhere to DSI Policies and Procedures.
- Position may require alternative bending and lifting of items up to 20 pounds.
- Some work within this position may involve work completed on the road.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
- 4+ years' professional business experience in marketing, social media, communications, advertising, and/or graphic design.
- Proven track record of strong writing and editing skills.
- Proven track record of strong graphic design skills.
- Excellent attention to detail necessary.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation, as measured by consistency in meeting deadlines.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects for multiple branches across different markets in the U.S.
- Coordinator must be within reasonable driving distance of a DSI branch location.
