About the Role
As a Casino Cashier Representative, you will process monetary transactions for guests and internal departments, deliver exceptional guest service, and promote the MGM Rewards program. You will uphold regulatory requirements and company policies to ensure a seamless and trustworthy gaming experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with transactions in line with Casino credit policies, including marker payments, deposits, withdrawals, and chip bank duties.
- Ensure the security of company assets, including cash, chips, and tokens.
- Promote and educate guests on MGM Rewards, MyVegas rewards, and MGM Rewards Mastercard programs.
- Issue FREEPLAY, complimentary play coupons, and adjust tier credits according to company policies.
- Escalate guest complaints to the Casino Cage Shift Supervisor and respond to guest inquiries.
- Notify Supervisor of unusual events, potential theft, and adhere to responsible gaming principles.
- Balance all appropriate banks within the Cage and complete reports accurately in compliance with Title 31.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma, or GED.
- 1+ years of prior relevant experience.
