About the Role

Nebius is seeking a hands-on product leader to shape the future of agentic infrastructure for AI applications. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, exploring new product opportunities, and translating them into capabilities that developers will build upon, by combining product judgment, technical experimentation, and ecosystem relationships.

Responsibilities

Define product direction, vision, priorities, and roadmap for agentic infrastructure.
Understand customer workflows, technical constraints, and unmet needs through direct engagement.
Translate customer insights and ecosystem developments into product decisions and releases.
Partner with engineering and design throughout the product lifecycle.
Define success metrics based on developer adoption, production usage, customer outcomes, and business impact.
Build prototypes, sample applications, and integrations to test ideas and inform product decisions.
Utilize Nebius and ecosystem tools to understand the developer experience and identify gaps.
Collaborate with engineering on technical tradeoffs, including performance, reliability, security, and cost.
Validate new concepts with customers and transition successful experiments into production offerings.
Create reference architectures and examples to facilitate developer onboarding.
Build relationships with key figures in the AI ecosystem.
Evaluate emerging tools and technologies through experimentation and customer feedback.
Identify opportunities for Nebius to build, integrate, or partner to enhance the product experience.
Lead the product aspects of selected partnerships.
Incorporate external insights into platform planning and investment prioritization.
Work with cross-functional teams (developer relations, marketing, sales, field) to bring new capabilities to market.
Engage with early users to address adoption barriers and incorporate production learnings into the roadmap.
Develop a repeatable process for customer discovery, experimentation, and product delivery.

Requirements

8+ years of relevant experience building technical products, with significant ownership in AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, or developer tools.
Proven track record of taking products from ambiguous customer problems to production adoption with measurable outcomes.
Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate with engineers on architecture and implementation decisions.
Hands-on approach, including using APIs and SDKs, exploring new tools, and building prototypes.
Experience designing developer experiences across APIs, integrations, documentation, and operational workflows.
Familiarity with AI application development and infrastructure needs for agentic systems.
Strong customer discovery skills and judgment regarding repeatable product opportunities.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for product proposals, technical tradeoffs, and investment recommendations.
Comfort with setting direction, making decisions, and delivering in a fast-paced environment.
Founded a company or served as an early product/engineering leader at an AI or infrastructure startup (bonus).
Built products used by developers for AI application creation or operation (bonus).
Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or production AI workloads (bonus).
Contributed to open-source projects or worked closely with developer communities (bonus).
Built technical partnerships leading to successful integrations or new product capabilities (bonus).
Must be authorized to work in the country of application and provide proof of eligibility.
Must be able to provide proof of employment eligibility.
