About the Role
Join our Front Office team at Ibis London Wembley as a Front Office Team Member. You will support the reception team and create memorable experiences for our guests by providing professional, friendly, and engaging service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Contribute to guest satisfaction by providing high-quality services with a warm and friendly approach.
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
- Review arrivals, ensure special requests are met, and service is anticipatory.
- Handle guest concerns and react promptly, logging, notifying proper areas, and ensuring utmost satisfaction in resolutions.
- Assist in growing ALL program membership.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
- Must be in possession of a current work visa.
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK in line with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996.
- Documented evidence of eligibility will be required.
- Fluency in English.
- Customer Service experience.
Skills
- OPERA cloud experience is valued.
