About the Role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full-time Automotive Detailer for our National and Alamo car rental brands. This position is dedicated to upholding the highest cleanliness standards in the industry, ensuring the health and safety of everyone.

Responsibilities

Wash, clean, sanitize, inspect, and prepare a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans, ensuring they meet high cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals.
Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols.
Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior, including cars of different sizes, vans, and trucks.
Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle settings; check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found; verify registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage.
Fuel and stage vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for safety concerns; report warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicles from processing as necessary.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
Assist customers when needed and may transport customers to and from branches.
Help maintain overall site appearance, including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations.
Perform site appearance responsibilities including desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and other miscellaneous tasks related to daily branch cleanliness.
Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess a valid, unrestricted U.S driver's license.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour from this location.
Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.
