About the Role
Jo Malone London seeks a Manager, Global Production to join the Global Creative team. This role supports the Art Production Director and Creative Operations team in producing advertising campaigns and creative assets. The ideal candidate has a strong production background, budget and timeline management skills, and excels in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Own operational aspects of creative production including purchase orders, statements of work (SOWs), master service agreements (MSAs), contracts, licensing, and usage rights.
- Ensure accurate governance and timely supplier payment.
- Lead end-to-end creative production across stills, film, and digital content with support from the Art Production Assistant.
- Oversee pre-production, shoot production, and post-production, managing project timelines, approvals, and stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure global assets are effectively adapted and localized for regional market requirements.
- Work across advertising campaigns for new product launches and brand social content.
- Collaborate within the creative team, maintaining knowledge of all business programs.
- Manage shot list creation and monitor pre-to post-production deadlines using Wrike.
- Manage product details for photo/film shoots using a product SKU tracker.
- Perform quality control on all creative assets for consistency, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Manage Art Production team timelines on the Wrike workflow management tool.
- Manage the Art Production Assistant's workload and facilitate weekly Art Production status meetings.
- Drive initiatives to improve production efficiencies by evaluating estimate submissions and schedules.
- Build relationships within wider ELC Production & Ops teams to share best practices.
- Develop evolving briefing templates.
- Maintain strong relationships with ELC Procurement lead to improve supplier payment processes and create robust contracts.
- Manage budgets, communicating spend by program with finance.
- Produce ad hoc in-house content shoots from briefing through delivery, managing logistics, budgets, talent, suppliers, and schedules.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role within the beauty or fashion industry.
- Excellent research, presentation, and communication skills.
- Understanding of contract management for models, photographers, and agencies.
- Professional, ambitious, highly organized, and self-motivated.
- Previous experience in people management.
- Ability to develop strong and sustainable working relationships.
- Capability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to balance long-term projects with immediate demands.
- Evidenced ability to filter and highlight pertinent information from internal and external environments.
