About the Role
Subaru of Troy is seeking motivated Salespeople to join their team. This role focuses on delivering honest value, building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As part of one of the largest dealership groups in America, there are ample opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities
- Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and store policies and services to customers.
- Ensure follow-up and maintain relationships with previous and prospective customers.
- Track customers using store-specific management system(s).
- Remain current on new products, features, and accessories.
- Attend product and training courses.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, business development, or related fields.
- Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Working knowledge of computers.
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
- Acceptable driving record.
- Valid driver's license in your state of residence.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
