About the Role
Lead the delivery of Australia's next generation of mission-critical infrastructure, taking ownership of the deployment, commissioning, and handover of complex modular data centre projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment and delivery of modular data centre infrastructure projects.
- Plan and manage site readiness, logistics, installation sequencing, and commissioning activities.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendor partners across multiple disciplines.
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, controls, and IT infrastructure integration.
- Drive project outcomes around safety, quality, schedule, customer satisfaction, and commercial performance.
- Act as the key point of contact for customers, internal stakeholders, and project teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining delivery milestones.
- Oversee QA/QC activities and ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards.
- Lead commissioning, performance testing, and final handover activities.
- Support the implementation of Autodesk Construction Cloud and continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery processes.
- Develop and mentor project and field engineering teams where required.
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience delivering major construction, infrastructure, building services, or mission-critical projects.
- Strong experience managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil project scopes.
- Proven success leading contractors, consultants, and cross-functional project teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on project profitability and risk management.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills.
- Current Australian working rights are required.
- Ability to travel to project sites as required.
- Pre-employment checks including medical, criminal history, reference checks, and drug & alcohol screening will apply.
