About the Role
The Operations Intern will support MATTE’s day-to-day agency operations, focusing on resourcing, organization, and administrative coordination. This role offers hands-on experience in creative team staffing, freelance talent integration, and internal process management.
Responsibilities
- Maintain team availability trackers and resourcing documents.
- Assist with tracking freelancer availability, updating talent lists, and organizing portfolios and contact information.
- Help keep internal tools, records, and documentation organized and up to date.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a university undergraduate or master’s program.
- Must be available for a minimum of 16 hours per week.
- Must be available for the full program, from February 3 through May 12, 2027.
- Must be available to work two days on-site at our New York City offices.
