About the Role
Brakes Plus is seeking talented leaders for its Fast Track Management Program. This program prepares individuals to operate a store efficiently, with a future goal of becoming a Regional Manager. You will learn all aspects of the business, focusing on building a motivated team and fostering a thriving environment.
Responsibilities
- Learn the "In’s & Out’s" of the BP business.
- Become well versed in operating a financially sound and high performing location.
- Build a highly motivated team.
- Develop an environment for your service team to thrive.
- Be present with the Sales Team on the lobby floor.
- Work closely with the Service Team to improve their performance and assist them in executing store processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in automotive OR 4 years of management experience.
- Basic understanding of utilizing store technology (POS, email, etc).
- Experience with Payroll management, Expense analysis and Inventory Control.
- Experienced Technician/ Bay Manager.
- Demonstrated success in employee retention and conflict resolution.
- Outstanding leadership skills, communication skills and adaptable to change.
- Ability to review and analyze a P&L statement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to develop professional relationships with customers and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently both individually and as part of a team.
- Solid knowledge of basic OSHA laws.
- Valid driver's license.
