About the Role
Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities by introducing our services to new and existing clients. Recruit, evaluate, and place finance and accounting professionals. Deliver outstanding customer service, provide career guidance to candidates, and participate in industry trade associations.
Responsibilities
- Developing and growing a client base and new business opportunities
- Introducing our services via video, telephone and in-person meetings with new and existing clients to expand the utilization of our services
- Recruiting, evaluating and placing finance and accounting professionals in full-time positions with our clients
- Delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
- Providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
- Participating in industry trade associations to increase our presence within the local finance and accounting community
Requirements

- Ability to leverage finance and accounting experience to manage and grow the business

- CPA and/or MBA a plus
Salary/Compensations
- The typical salary range for this position is $60,000 to $67,000. The salary is negotiable depending upon experience and location.
- The position is eligible for a bonus based upon achievement of performance objectives.
