About the Role
Doyle Security Services is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for a driving post. This position involves operating a company vehicle to perform routine mobile patrols, monitoring for suspicious activity, responding promptly to incidents or alarms, and providing a visible security presence to deter potential threats. The officer must maintain accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations, while communicating effectively with supervisors, clients, and local authorities as necessary. Additionally, the position requires adherence to all company policies, traffic laws, and safety procedures, as well as a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and reporting activities and incidents at the assigned site to ensure the safety and security of personnel and property.
- Conducting mobile patrols and completing scans every thirty minutes.
- Maintaining order and enforcing site-specific regulations and directives related to personnel, visitors, and the premises.
- Securing premises by inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
- Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Performing tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
Requirements
- 5-7 Year U.S. work history may be required.
- Must have a valid driver license.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to understand the English language and communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
- Physically able to perform the tasks required by the position.
