About the Role

Transform operational, commercial, financial, customer, and crewmember data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Develop analytical solutions to measure business performance, product adoption, operational efficiency, and the value of technology investments. This role offers an opportunity for an early-career professional to contribute across the product lifecycle, building reports, dashboards, and analytical models for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Analyze commercial, operational, financial, customer, and crewmember datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and business insights.
Perform exploratory data analysis on new and existing datasets to understand data quality, business meaning, and opportunities for analysis.
Develop SQL queries to extract, transform, validate, and analyze data from enterprise data platforms.
Process, cleanse, validate, and verify the integrity of data used for reporting and analysis.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports, and visualizations that communicate business performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop post-implementation monitoring dashboards and recurring analytical reports that measure product adoption, operational performance, customer and crewmember experience, and business outcomes.
Perform ROI analyses and develop measurement frameworks that quantify the business value delivered by technology investments.
Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to define success metrics and establish KPIs for new products, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
Conduct ad hoc analyses and present findings, recommendations, and business insights in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
Support business case development by providing quantitative analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
Research emerging analytical techniques, artificial intelligence, and automation opportunities that improve reporting, analytics, and decision-making capabilities.
Collaborate with matrix partners across Commercial, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Crewmember organizations to understand business challenges and develop analytical solutions.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous related work experience.
Two (2) years analytical (or related) experience.
Demonstrated proficiency using Structured Query Language (SQL).
Strong analytical, quantitative, and structured problem-solving skills.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.
Authorization to work in the United States is required.
