About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Seasonal Floral Merchandiser in Kanata to support our Poinsettia and Outdoor Floral Programs at a retail location throughout the holiday season for 8.5 - 11.5 hours per week on weekdays.
Responsibilities
- Maintain poinsettias floral displays and refresh seasonal outdoor holiday floral products.
- Ensure displays meet presentation, quality, and merchandising standards.
- Water and care for flowers and plants according to their specific needs.
- Keep the floral display area tidy and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Ensure floral products are correctly priced with clearly visible labels.
- Submit call reports after each store visit, while in store, answering all questions accurately.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and handle floral products and materials.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to visit multiple store locations.
