About the Role

Responsibilities
- Process product orders placed on the company website.
- Read and reply to emails from related departments to process online orders.
- Identify, pull, and prep ordered products, including removing hangers, checking for quality and cleanliness, removing security devices, and applying protected labels.
- Order missing products and check, pack, and ship orders via the computer system.
- Receive and validate products sent by other stores to complete orders.
- Prepare the weekly supply order.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
- Respect and follow the policies and procedures of various head office departments.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
