About the Role
Hotel Equities is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Trail Runner to support hotel operations, deliver exceptional service, and help the team achieve its goals. This position provides excellent guest service and cleaning services in cabins and common areas, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Prep cabin interiors by removing trash, stripping linens, and re-stocking provisions.
- Clean and stage cabin exteriors and outdoor spaces, including windows, hitch, wheels, fire pit, campfire kit, Adirondack chairs, and picnic table.
- Remove all trash from cabin exteriors and outdoor spaces.
- Respond to guest concerns, complaints, or suggestions appropriately, referring them to management.
- Gather waste and/or contaminated materials for disposal in cabins, trails, and common areas.
- Properly use and maintain assigned equipment and supplies, including vacuums, chemicals, and cleaning aides.
Requirements
- Work experience as a Trail Runner or Houseman/Houseperson is encouraged, but not required.
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products.
- Good physical health and stamina.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- This position involves continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25-50 pounds.
- Flexibility with workdays and hours, including working weekends and holidays.
