About the Role
This role serves as the primary liaison between customers and the workshop, managing communication, diagnosing issues, and overseeing repairs to ensure customer satisfaction and department productivity.
Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison between customers and the workshop.
- Perform road tests and review job cards for necessary information.
- Request additional information from customers when required.
- Inform customers about repair progress.
- Complete or advise on more involved and complicated repairs.
- Liaise with prior approval/Ford technical for assistance or pre-diagnosis.
- Maintain a minimum of 50% productivity.
- Ensure jobs are completed within agreed timeframes.
- Maintain a high level of department productivity.
- Replace components, parts, lubricants, and consumables, and record usage.
- Adhere to strict Health and Safety guidelines.
Requirements
- A successful track record in a similar role, ideally within a franchised dealership environment.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.

Salary/Compensations
- Basic salary of £41000- £45500
- OTE £51375 +
- Saturday working paid as overtime
