About the Role

As a Director in Deloitte's AI & Data team, you will lead strategic initiatives, drive innovation, and deliver impactful solutions for clients across the AI & Data lifecycle, focusing on Agentic strategy, Generative AI, and modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

Advise C-suite stakeholders on AI strategy, Generative AI, and modern data platforms.
Design integrated solutions combining strategy, data, technology, and operations.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from opportunity identification through to commercial negotiation and close.
Oversee the successful delivery of AI & Data projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes.
Lead cross-functional teams across data science, marketing technology, and change management.
Build and scale a high-performing team.
Contribute to thought leadership and innovation in AI & Agentic aligned to key business challenges.
Mentor and grow emerging leaders and specialists in the practice.
Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, Data and GenAI programs.
Partner with Banking executives to develop and execute AI transformation roadmaps.
Drive AI use cases across customer experience, fraud, AML/KYC, risk, operations and automation.
Manage program governance, delivery quality, financials and stakeholder engagement.
Grow client accounts and contribute to business development and pursuits.
Mentor senior delivery leaders and build high-performing teams.

Requirements

Commercially-minded, client-facing leaders who can turn AI’s potential into business value.
Credible in front of a C-suite and a delivery team alike.
AI-fluent enough to know what is possible, challenge what is not, and lead with authority.
12+ years' experience in consulting, banking, data, AI or technology delivery.
Strong Banking & Financial Services domain expertise.
Proven leadership of enterprise-scale AI, Data or Digital Transformation programs.
Experience engaging C-suite and executive stakeholders.
Commercial, delivery and people leadership experience.
