About the Role

As a Senior Snowflake Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for end-to-end architectures on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud, combining traditional data engineering with generative AI. You will work directly with clients to develop cutting-edge solutions for their most complex challenges, taking ownership of projects with significant, measurable impact and a clear path towards architecture and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Build platforms on all hyperscalers: Architecture, design, and technical leadership of scalable, native Snowflake data platforms on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including integration of respective cloud services, data sharing, and marketplace solutions.
Transformation: Architectural responsibility for data migration and modernization of client legacy applications, on-premise warehouses, and legacy solutions to Snowflake.
Talk to your data: Design self-service solutions using Snowflake CoWork and Cortex Code (CoCo) to enable business departments to query data in natural language.
Enchant customers: Direct interaction with clients as a technical contact, from workshops and architecture reviews to the implementation of business-critical projects.
Develop people: Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Data & AI Engineers, build Snowflake and AI expertise within the team, and actively contribute to company growth.

Requirements

Degree in Business Informatics, Engineering, Economics with a focus on Informatics, or a comparable field of study.
Several years of in-depth experience in Data Engineering and modern data platforms, with a strong focus on Snowflake.
Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their Data & AI services.
Proven experience in designing end-to-end data architectures and in the technical leadership of projects or teams.
Strong ability to identify, critically evaluate, and strategically apply AI potential for innovative solutions, well-founded recommendations, and measurable customer benefits.
