About the Role

Help customers put AI to work by connecting business goals with practical solutions for evaluating, building, deploying, and adopting OpenAI technology. This role is for technical pre-sales and post-sales professionals who combine technical expertise with customer assistance.

Responsibilities

Work with customers to understand their goals, identify useful AI applications, and define measurable outcomes.
Design technical approaches across architecture, integrations, data, security, governance, and evaluation.
Build demonstrations, prototypes, or production solutions, and help customers navigate technical trade-offs.
Support deployment and adoption through technical guidance, workshops, enablement, and delivery coordination.
Partner with Sales, Product, Research, Engineering, and other customer-facing teams to resolve challenges and turn customer feedback into better products and practices.

Requirements

Have helped customers evaluate, implement, or adopt complex technology and can connect technical work to business outcomes.
Bring a strong technical foundation in areas such as software, APIs, cloud infrastructure, data, or AI systems.
Can explain technical concepts clearly, build trust with different audiences, and work through ambiguous problems.
Learn quickly, collaborate across disciplines, and care about the safe and effective use of AI.
Substantial hands-on coding, integration, debugging, and production delivery may be required for engineering-focused opportunities.
Emphasis on architecture, technical strategy, customer enablement, or delivery leadership may be required for other opportunities.
