About the Role

Responsibilities

Manage daily responsibilities of Associate and Senior Associates, Associate Managers, including involvement in their development and performance.
Deliver feedback to senior management on team performance and client challenges.
Serve as the main point of contact for Top Tier investment managers.
Coordinate client meetings with various stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal and external parties to facilitate due diligence requests.
Collaborate and attend operational, client, and regulatory meetings as needed.
Identify training needs and implement for staff accordingly.
Support department initiatives as required.
Generate, validate, and distribute investor reporting in accordance with procedures.
Prepare, review, and execute investor capital activity and wire transfers.
Ensure team deliverables are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
Review fund manager reports as required.
Respond to and resolve inquiries/issues raised by investors, fund managers, or internal counterparts.
Perform application testing as warranted.
Perform other duties as requested.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
2-4 years of Supervisory experience in Investor Services or Fund Administration.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Office 365.
Adaptability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems and critical thinking.
Ability to build strong relationships while maintaining a client’s first focus.
Advanced working knowledge of Anti Money Laundering (AML) and KYC procedures.
Working knowledge of AI tools and technologies, with the ability to leverage them to improve productivity, analyze information, and enhance workflows.
Coverage on US and/or Canadian Holidays may be necessary.
Must be legally eligible to work at the specified location(s).
Must be able to provide a valid work or study permit, if selected for an interview.
