About the Role
Every day you'll be at the center of it all, creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. Meeting sales targets and earning commission is powered by AT&T's full suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services.
Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
- Be a part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment, staying flexible and open to change to meet evolving customer needs.
Requirements
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
- No sales experience? We provide tools, training, and coaching.
- Must be present in the office a minimum of 5 days per week.
- No relocation is offered.

Salary/Compensations
- $21.7125 - $25.6125 per hour plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met.
- Overachieving goals can earn top sellers $62,460 per year.
