About the Role

Five Iron Golf is seeking a Golf Sales Manager to lead the Golf Experience Team. This role involves guiding guests through their experience, ensuring satisfaction and engagement by highlighting the fun of golf and Five Iron's offerings. The manager will oversee pre-visit communications, onsite interactions, and post-visit follow-ups, while also serving as an expert on golf simulator technology and managing leagues and tournaments.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead associates to deliver an exceptional guest experience through pre-visit communications, onsite interactions, and post-visit follow-ups.
Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services, including technology, lessons, leagues, memberships, and food and beverage offerings, to confidently sell and cross-sell.
Serve as the in-house expert on golf simulator technology, ensuring optimal guest experiences and connecting guests with other offerings like leagues, memberships, swing evaluations, and club fittings.
Oversee the sales, execution, and management of Five Iron Golf leagues and one-off tournaments.
Build community relationships, foster customer loyalty, and encourage repeat business through proactive engagement.
Handle administrative tasks related to sales transactions and customer service inquiries.
Collaborate effectively with team members to align efforts and achieve business goals.
Take pride and ownership of each guest's enjoyment and fun, ensuring satisfaction and engagement.
Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling, alcohol service, and cleanliness.
Verify guests' legal drinking age.
Assist with closing duties as needed.

$55k base + potential commissions of up to $30k ($85k Expected Earnings)
