About the Role
AmeriCU Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences and building meaningful relationships. This role supports the mission of helping members live life, dream big, and achieve financial success.
Responsibilities
- Greet members enthusiastically, model team culture, and act as the primary liaison for traditional teller transactions and interactive teller machine (ITM) technology.
- Retain, expand, and acquire member relationships by cross-selling products, conducting courtesy calls, and meeting annual sales and relationship goals.
- Collaborate with business partners to deepen member relationships and accurately record all member interactions in the CRM system.
- Serve as the lead trainer for desk and teller line new hires within the Financial Center, providing regional support as needed.
- Perform account servicing and file maintenance while strictly adhering to credit union policies, operational risk controls, and regulatory standards (including BSA and SAFE Act).
- Demonstrate active involvement and engagement within the local community.
