About the Role

Ensure predictable delivery and system reliability. Responsibilities include 1:1s, career conversations, cycle planning, design reviews, unblocking dependencies, and addressing production issues. Manage a team of 5-8 engineers across backend, platform, and applied AI, distributed between the US and Brazil. Partner with product managers, conversation designers, and customer-facing teams. Improve execution frameworks and contribute to technical discussions without daily code writing.
