About the Role
As a Maintenance Team Member, you will complete general repairs and maintenance across the hotel, including painting and decorating, and support preventative maintenance programs. You will maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities, working closely with the management team and external contractors to ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met.

Requirements
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
- Must be in possession of a current work visa
- Previous maintenance, facilities or property maintenance experience
- Good all-round repair and DIY skills
- A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance, plumbing, electrical or carpentry works
Skills
- Painting and decorating experience is advantageous
- Service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
