About the Role
This 12-month internship offers a valuable opportunity to join the Commercial Strategy team, supporting the development, implementation, and analysis of commercial trends across the 4Ps (product, place, price, and promotion) for Coty's brands in the UK market. Gain exposure and insight while working on iconic brands.
Responsibilities
- Understand retail customer activities and brand performance.
- Provide presentations and tracking for competitor and market understanding.
- Identify new commercial opportunities across the 4Ps.
- Analyze pricing and promotion activities to understand market trends.
- Conduct competitor giftset analysis and provide strategic recommendations.
- Analyze shopper behavior and trends across different channels, focusing on E-commerce and digital.
Requirements
- A passion for the beauty industry and following trends.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Initiative, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively to deadlines.
- Experience working effectively in a team.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
