About the Role

Momentum Solar is hiring Brand Ambassadors to work inside BJ's Wholesale Club. No experience is required. You will be stationed at a table inside BJ's, talking with shoppers about solar energy and booking free consultations.

Responsibilities

Engage with shoppers passing by at a table inside BJ's Wholesale Club.
Initiate conversations and discuss the benefits of solar energy.
Book free consultations with the design team for interested members.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to work a retail schedule, including weekends.
Ability to present yourself professionally and adhere to BJ's in-club standards.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to start conversations with strangers.
Ability to remain upbeat during slow periods.
Punctuality and reliability.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
