About the Role
We’re hiring a Technical Program Manager to help scale Taylor, our flagship product, as we launch with new customers. You’ll drive execution across product engineering and FDE teams: improving reliability and scalability, managing customer launch plans, and ensuring we deliver on commitments. This is a hands-on role for someone who can operate comfortably in technical conversations and bring structure to fast-moving work.
Responsibilities
- Plans for key Taylor initiatives: scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and status
- Reliability, performance, and scalability work tied to customer launch timelines
- Intake, triage, and ownership for customer requests and field fixes across FDE and product engineering
- Feature planning, release readiness, and launch checklists
- Alignment between customer commitments and engineering delivery
- Repeatable customer onboarding and go-live playbooks
Requirements
- Experience running complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams
- Technical depth in production systems, such as APIs, distributed systems, or data pipelines
- Strong judgment around prioritization, risks, and tradeoffs
- Ability to align teams with competing priorities without formal authority
- Comfort moving quickly and making decisions with incomplete information
