About the Role

As Senior Content Marketing Manager, Institutional, you'll be SDF's institutional voice, influencing banks, asset managers, and payment companies to build on Stellar. You will own the institutional content program, working with various teams to move institutions from evaluation to decision.

Responsibilities

Become the institutional voice behind the blockchain for regulated finance, telling the story of finance moving onchain through various content formats.
Reduce friction at the middle and bottom of the funnel by creating enablement content that moves institutions from evaluation to decision.
Be the keeper of the institutional narrative, ensuring a single idea ships across every channel in partnership with other teams.
Design and own full content motions, building recurring programs from concept through distribution and measurement.
Support executive thought leadership by producing assets that extend SDF leadership's expertise.
Fuel event-driven outreach by building invitation copy, outbound sequences, pre-event briefs, and follow-up material.

Requirements

7–10 years in content marketing, editorial, or research writing, with at least 3 years writing for institutional or enterprise B2B buyers in financial services, fintech, payments, or digital assets.
A portfolio of institutional-grade work, including white papers, case studies, and explainers.
Working fluency in tokenization, stablecoins, custody, settlement, and cross-border payments, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Experience partnering with BD, sales, or demand gen on ABM, nurture, and account growth.
A research instinct for proof, finding and building stories on evidence institutions trust.
A habit of measuring content impact, tracking BD usage and target-account engagement.
A strategist's view of distribution, planning asset placement across channels before writing.
Range across formats: long-form, newsletters, web copy, social, and briefs for designers and video producers.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with declarative, specific, and proof-forward prose.
Sound judgment on claims, understanding the difference between technology enablement and institutional responsibility.
The ability to manage multiple projects with various reviewers without compromising quality or deadlines.
