  • Create interest and consistency through partner enablement (trainings, demos, co-marketing, joint events).
  • Equip partners to confidently and accurately position Cascade.
  • Partner closely with Cascade’s sales and marketing teams to convert partner-sourced interest into pipeline.
  • Track activity in the CRM and report on successful strategies.
  • Build a repeatable partner motion that creates momentum for Cascade.
  • Deepen relationships with existing partners.
  • Activate more individual producers and consultants.
  • Run effective account mapping and QBRs.
  • Generate qualified partner referrals.
  • Create visibility into partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Build the foundation for partnerships to become a meaningful growth channel.
  • Establish operating cadence, partner engagement, enablement, reporting, and repeatable motions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in channel, partnerships, alliances, or partner-facing sales, ideally in B2B SaaS, HR tech, benefits, or insurance.
  • Track record of building and maintaining relationships, including with senior stakeholders, and turning them into measurable business results.
  • Experience running QBRs, joint planning, partner reporting, and communicating results to multiple audiences.
  • Comfort with account mapping and working a partner ecosystem to surface shared accounts, warm introductions, and referrals.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and enablement skills.
  • Ability to run a demo, lead a training, and energize a room (virtual or in person).
  • Organized, self-directed operating style.
  • Ability to keep many relationships warm simultaneously.
  • Thrive with minimal oversight in a small, fast-moving team.
  • CRM fluency (ideally Salesforce or similar) and discipline around pipeline tracking and reporting.
