About the Role
MGA Homecare is seeking a motivated and dynamic Therapy Recruiter to source, recruit, and onboard exceptional therapy professionals to deliver top-notch care to patients. This role is critical in expanding therapy services by identifying and engaging talented professionals who align with MGA Homecare’s mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative strategies to source, attract, and engage high-quality therapy professionals through various channels.
- Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and assess qualifications while effectively communicating MGA Homecare's benefits and culture.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified therapy candidates.
- Partner with Therapy Leadership Team to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Utilize data analytics to measure recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to meet hiring goals.
- Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with all hiring regulations.
Requirements
- Previous Therapy Recruitment Experience
- Strong understanding of healthcare recruitment, especially therapy professions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Salary/Compensations
- $55,000 - $60,000 annually
