About the Role
We are looking for a hardworking, dependable leader to take the wheel and lead our moving crews. You'll be responsible for ensuring every move runs smoothly, every customer has a great experience, and every team member knows how to get the job done right.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example, driving company moving trucks (no CDL required).
- Motivate your crew and work hands-on to pack, load, unload, and move furniture and other heavy items.
- Act as the face of the company on every job, ensuring customers feel confident, the crew stays on track, and everything is handled safely and professionally.
- Think on your feet, solve problems, and keep things organized.
- Bring a positive attitude to every job.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items throughout the day.
- Pride in hard work and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
- Enjoy working with people and know how to lead a team.
- Understanding that great customer service is important.
- Reliability and willingness to learn.
