About the Role

Malone Ford is seeking a dedicated, dependable, and hardworking individual for a Building & Grounds Maintenance position. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and be a reliable team player who enjoys keeping the dealership looking its best.

Responsibilities

Perform snow removal, including plowing and maintaining parking lots, sidewalks, and entrances.
Conduct lawn and grounds maintenance, such as mowing, trimming, and landscaping.
Manage oil and waste handling according to safety procedures.
Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, offices, waiting areas, showroom floors, and other dealership spaces.
Perform minor repairs, upkeep, and preventative maintenance on the property.
Ensure work areas are organized, trash is emptied, and assist with general cleanup.
Assist other departments and undertake miscellaneous projects as needed.

Requirements

Demonstrated dependability and punctuality.
Strong work ethic with self-motivation and initiative.
Ability to be a team player with a positive attitude.
Keen attention to detail in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment.
Flexibility to adapt responsibilities based on changing needs.
Experience operating plow trucks, lawn equipment, and basic maintenance tools is preferred.
