About the Role
Hammer Media is seeking a strategic, hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting across diverse roles. This position is critical for building exceptional teams and raising the bar with every hire in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle recruiting across creative, content production, marketing, product, technology, and business operations roles, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and close
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business priorities, define role requirements, and develop targeted recruiting strategies
- Proactively identify, source, and engage exceptional talent through LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies
- Optimize recruiting processes, interview structures, and tools, such as developing clear role scorecards and structured interview processes
- Challenge assumptions, raise the bar on talent quality, and ensure hiring for long-term success
- Build, refine, and scale recruiting processes to support the company's rapid growth without compromising quality of hire
- Own recruiting workflows, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and offer processes to ensure an efficient and organized hiring experience
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and quality of hire, using data to identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth startup or similarly fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Thrive in ambiguity and move quickly, comfortable navigating evolving roles, shifting priorities, and a constantly growing and changing business
- Proactive, resourceful, and take full ownership of work; identify problems, find solutions, and make things happen
- Highly organized and results-driven, capable of managing multiple searches, competing priorities, and tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Strong instincts for talent and potential, with the ability to assess candidates beyond resumes and identify people who will thrive in our culture
