About the Role
Our successful General Maintenance Technician Operator promotes outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner. They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.
Responsibilities
- Assist with building and ground maintenance including snow removal.
- Proper use of hand and power tools.
- Support racing events and all associated equipment.
- Follow, complete and turn in all work request forms.
- Assist other trades as needed.
- Follow safe work procedures and wear all personal protective equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and OSHA regulations.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to work on ladders, lifts and scaffolds.
- Able to stand, walk, kneel for extended periods of times.
- Able to work in extremes of weather.
- Able to lift 85 lbs. repeatedly.
- Able to stand/walk/kneel for extended periods of time.
- Able to work in extremes of weather.
- Able to remain flexible in an environment of constant change.
- Selected applicants will be required to complete an online onboarding process.
Skills
- Working knowledge of plumbing, basic electrical, HVAC and carpentry.
- Promotes outstanding customer relations.
