About the Role
Manage the parking lot and vehicles at our dealership, ensuring proper organization, cleanliness, and efficient workflow for vehicle deliveries, customer test drives, and overall lot operations.
Responsibilities
- Move vehicles around the lot to optimize space, including positioning new arrivals, moving sold cars to the delivery area, and relocating vehicles for customer test drives.
- Track all vehicles on the lot, verifying details like VIN numbers and condition, and reporting discrepancies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the parking lot by removing debris and trash, and ensuring proper vehicle positioning.
- Inspect vehicles for damage upon arrival and departure, documenting and reporting any issues.
- Securely store and distribute vehicle keys, ensuring proper tracking and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with uniformed appearance standards.
- Adhere to safety procedures while driving and parking vehicles.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Must authorize the company to obtain driving records for verification purposes.
- Friendly, congenial, and willing to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions carefully while ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
