About the Role
Health Center Inc. is seeking a Dental Hygienist to provide top-notch dental services to Union members, removing financial barriers to quality medical care. This role offers a stable work schedule with no weekends or overnights, and an opportunity to make an impact in under-represented communities.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient oral inspection and complete dental charting.
- Perform appropriate dental procedure on patient.
- Educate patient on methods to control oral disease.
- Reassure patients as needed.
- Compile information for the dentist or specialist for patient diagnosis and treatment plan.
- Participate in quality assurance/risk management committee meetings, as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a dental office or in a health care setting.

- New York state license in dental hygiene
- Current BCLS certification
