About the Role

We are seeking someone who intelligently uses AI to keep our existing courses up-to-date, without compromising quality or effectiveness. Our courses are for individuals seeking targeted professional and personal development.

Responsibilities

  • Update existing courses by checking for content relevance using AI (e.g., changes in laws, new standards, outdated examples) and structuring the need for changes.
  • Revise and update learning materials (e.g., scripts, quizzes, summaries, supporting materials) using AI tools.
  • Critically evaluate AI-generated content for factual accuracy, clarity, and didactic quality.
  • Coordinate changes with the Learning Design team and subject matter experts.
  • Prepare updated content for our digital learning platform.
  • Support quality assurance of ongoing courses: consistency, language, learning objective alignment, and accessibility.
  • Assist in developing new learning materials for current course productions.
  • Document changes comprehensibly (what was updated, when, and why).
  • Help improve prompts, checklists, and workflows for repeatable, AI-assisted updates.
  • Contribute ideas on how to make educational content more effective, accessible, and modern using AI.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled at a university (major in Educational Sciences, Media, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not required).
  • AI-First Mindset: Already using AI tools in studies or daily life and questioning workflows to make them smarter.
  • Meticulousness: Fact-checking before adopting information and recognizing when AI provides incorrect information convincingly.
  • Didactic sensibility: Understanding how people learn and structuring content for effective reception.
  • Structured, independent work style and eagerness to drive initiatives forward.
  • Very good German language skills (C2 or native speaker) as our courses are produced in German.
  • Ability to commit to 20 hours per week.
