About the Role
The Commis Chef will support the production of an excellent food offering to the highest standards, adapting to guest requirements and demonstrating passion for working with the finest and freshest ingredients. Flexibility is key for involvement in different sections and for proactively developing and sharing knowledge within the brigade.

Requirements
- Experience in a similar role within a fine dining restaurant preferred but not essential
- Exhibit excellent technical and natural cooking abilities
- Excellent command of the English language
- Food Hygiene Level 2 certification preferred although not essential for commencement as will be certified with the Company
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
