About the Role
As part of our Business Transformation Team, you will advise clients on complex transformation projects from an entrepreneurial and holistic perspective using innovative approaches.
Responsibilities
- Support national and international companies in demanding transformation and change projects.
- Participate in the planning, steering, and implementation of projects using classic and agile methods (e.g., Scrum or SAFe).
- Create analyses, presentations, and technical concepts, and support workshops, meetings, and project committees.
- Accompany the implementation of project results and rollouts, and gradually take on more responsibility in client projects.
Requirements
- Successfully completed university studies in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable degree program.
- At least three years of relevant professional experience in transformation, change, or digitalization initiatives.
- Experience in guiding multiple transformation or digitalization projects through analysis, conception, and implementation phases.
- Independently managed technical work packages or clearly defined sub-projects.
- Analyzed business processes, developed technical requirements, and drove implementation with business departments and IT.
- Gained initial leadership experience.
- Experience with classic and agile delivery approaches, as well as Jira and Confluence from practical project work.
- Very good German and English skills at at least C1 level.
- Confident demeanor.
- Willingness to travel at least 75%.
