About the Role
As part of our Business Transformation Team, you will advise clients on complex transformation projects from an entrepreneurial and holistic perspective using innovative approaches. You will support national and international companies in challenging transformation and change projects, contributing to planning, steering, and implementing projects using classic and agile methods.
Responsibilities
- Support national and international companies in challenging transformation and change projects.
- Participate in the planning, steering, and implementation of projects using classic and agile methods (e.g., SCRUM or SAFe).
- Create analyses, presentations, and technical concepts, and support workshops, meetings, and project committees.
- Accompany the implementation of project results and rollouts, and gradually take on more responsibility in client projects.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable course of study.
- First practical experience in transformation, change, or digitalization initiatives (e.g., internships, working student roles, or early career experience).
- Active participation in the analysis and optimization of business processes, gathering functional requirements, or implementing change initiatives.
- First exposure to agile delivery models (e.g., Scrum or SAFe) and collaboration/project tools like Jira or Confluence within a transformation or digitalization context.
- Very good German (min. C1) and English skills (C1).
- Willingness to travel at least 75%.
