About the Role
As part of our Public Sector team, you will actively shape the transformation to a digitized world through innovative ideas and customer-oriented consulting. You will support our clients in digital transformation and take on tasks from planning to steering large transformation projects. You can expect an intercultural team of experts who create added value for society and the public in Germany and Europe every day. You will apply your strengths as a project manager, change manager, product owner, scrum master, or business analyst in digital transformation projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies and target images for the future viability of security authorities and translate them into concrete measures.
- Advise public organizations on resilience, digital sovereignty, and the secure use of modern technologies.
- Design organizational and administrative modernizations and optimize structures, processes, and collaboration.
- Support the conception and further development of crisis, risk, and security management.
- Steer work packages in transformation projects, prepare decision-making bases, and present results in a target-group-oriented manner.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in administration, public management, security management, political science, economics, law, social sciences, computer science, or a comparable field.
- Relevant professional experience in management consulting, the public sector, or transformation projects, ideally related to public safety, internal security, police, or security authorities.
- Familiarity with classic or agile project management methods and the ability to independently structure and manage work packages.
- Very good German language skills (at least C1) for advising German-speaking clients and creating professional project results.
- Willingness to travel for project-related assignments.
