About the Role
Join Computacenter as a Privileged Access Management Analyst to support secure infrastructure and privileged access services. This role offers the chance to build on Microsoft infrastructure experience, solve operational challenges, and develop specialist knowledge in CyberArk and other service platforms within the Customer Enablement team.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support across Windows Server, VMware, and associated infrastructure.
- Complete health checks, patching, configuration changes, security controls, and platform lifecycle activities.
- Investigate incidents methodically, identifying application, operating system, server, or network issues.
- Develop knowledge of CyberArk, Citrix, and MOVEit, taking ownership of daily operational tasks.
- Work within ITIL incident, problem, and change processes, contributing to root-cause analysis.
- Maintain accurate runbooks, knowledge articles, and operational records, meeting security and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with service teams, technical specialists, and vendors to resolve issues.
- Identify opportunities for scripting or automation to improve reliability and efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server or Wintel infrastructure with Active Directory knowledge.
- Experience supporting virtualised infrastructure, ideally VMware vSphere or ESXi.
- Broad technical troubleshooting capability and networking awareness for connectivity issues.
- Experience in production, SLA-driven environments with a practical understanding of ITIL processes.
- Understanding of infrastructure security, including patching, access control, vulnerability remediation, and system hardening.
- Clear communication, accurate documentation, and a collaborative approach to incident resolution.
- Ability and willingness to obtain SC clearance and participate in the on-call rota.
- SC clearance needed or eligibility to pass.
